If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or WeChat, your information will also be handled by that platform under its own privacy terms. These services may process information outside the UK. Where Draco makes an international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism where required.

Calls involving material contract discussions or agreements may be recorded where reasonably practicable. Key outcomes may be documented in English for accuracy and compliance, including where a conversation takes place in Cantonese or Mandarin.
